Seriously though most people, and whether he'd admit it or not, this guy included, who go to the lengths of modifying their suspension with all aftermarket hardware dont go barrelling down shitty public roads as you describe like they are driving a '91 Explorer. So yeah I agree with what you are saying in a certain sense but there is a reason why the evolution of automotive hardware goes from track to street and not vice versa.
